State Roofing Company installs another GAF Roof System with a Silver Pledge Warranty. This HAND NAILED roof system consists of the GAF Timberline HD Charcoal shingles, Feltbuster underlayment, Pro-Start starter strip, Stormguard Ice & Water shield, Cobra III Ridge Vent and High Profile Z-Ridge on the hips. The old roof system was damaged from the recent hail storm in May. It was paid for by the Homeowners Insurance Carrier.
Also, check out the SquirrelGard vents that were installed. This product protects the lead jacks from the squirrels eating them and prevents future leaks.
